Sorry Again!!!

Hey everyone! I am so sorry that I can never update this thing. Since the last time I did I have:
  • Won the surf competition for my leage and got $200 for it
  • Moved to Seattle, Washington
  • Traveled for the first time to Brazil, Haiti, Canada (to open another studio), Spain, and Saipan
  • Went back to Paris, Venice, and London to check up on the studios there
  • Have been hit by a car (I am as good as new)
  • Have been assigned four studios to be an off-site manager to
  • Attended my father's funeral
  • Got my learners permit
  • Went home (Utah, yes I still call AF home) to visit and live with my grandpa for a month
  • Told my girl everything.........
Yes, it has been crazy. I just want everyone to know that I am okay with everything that has happened lately. I have gotten my thoughts together and accept all the challenges that are coming for me. I have learned how to work hard for my money from my late father. I loved him so much and miss him every second of everyday.

For those of you who don't know, when I turn eighteen, I inherit the studios. I cannot wait for that moment now. Now that I have learned everything that I need to know from my dad and my uncle Derek. I want to thank him for everything that he has done to keep the business alive.

As for my teenage life, I don't know what to say. Everything that is and has happened has taken over my life. Since I won my comp. my life has consisted of traveling and managing recording studios. It has been nice to go home and take a break from everything. I am very sad to say that I go back to Washington in a week. Maybe then I can keep up on this blogging stuff.

Above are some pictures of my surf comp.

(I love you girl!!!!)

India Update

Hey Everyone! Sorry I haven't been able to email or update this forever. I have been in India helping out my dad with our new recording studio there. I am still here and I have now finally got the privilege to use our computer here every six weeks. I'll try to update everytime I get on but my dad has limited my computer time to just fifteen minutes so I don't know if that will happen. Here is some news of what has been going on in my life here.
  • My dad has opened a new recording studio here in India for up and coming stars.
  • I took my high-school equalivancy test (even though I am only fourteen) and I now have my GED.
  • I recently got drafted onto the BYU football team in Orem, Utah and plan to play there when I am old enough.
  • I now have a scholarship to BYU, also, for when I am old enough to go there.
  • The Jonas Brothers came into the studio the other day and I couldn't figure out why they were in India. It was a family vacation.
  • Some other up and coming recording artists came in and they were pretty good.
So that is what has been happening for the last few months here. I would have put some pictures of things around here that I thought you might might want to see, but my computer is way too slow to take them off of my camera. And please comment because I like to see see what people are up to and I like to see what they think of the things that I put up here on this blog. Well I will try to update next time I am on but until then. TATA

I'm in California

Well as most of you know I am now in San Fransico, California!!! I am now with my dad and having a REALLY boreing time. I hate being out here because it is so boreing being homeschooled and having nothing to do all day. But I did want to show you what I get to do on my Saturdays. Looks pretty fun I just joined a Surfing Club after surfing by myself for about six years so I guess it is better to have some one else to surf with. And the blue one above this writing is me, it is at one of the competitions I was in, I won fourth prize.

Maria Abate

This is a picture of Maria Abate. She is one of Italy's most famous pop/country singers. She came into the studio on Saturday and recorded her new album. I am not authorized to say the title until it comes out, sorry! I was really excited when she came in because I listen to her music even when I am in Utah or California! And yes I do like girl singers.(even though I can not carry a high note or like my girlfriend says I can't carry a tune at all) Maria and I became good friends and just so my girlfriend doesn't tink that I like her in that way, Maria is 20 years old.

Funny Picture

Hey sorry 'bout that picture I just couldn't resist putting it up there! Don't look too closely!?!?!?!

About Me

My photo
Hello, my full name is Michael Joshua Gallagher Manner. I am 15 practically 16 years old. I currently live in Seattle, Washington. My parents got divorced when I was in sixth grade. My family owns Hollywood Records Recording Studios. When my father was shot and killed almost six months ago my uncle was nice enough to step in and take over the company. Because he was not planning on, the day I turn eighteen years old I own the company. Because I have been able to have this fortunate experience of being involved with the business, i have traveled to: Paris, France, Venice, Italy, Brazil, London, England, New York City (5 times), Saipan, Guam, Tokyo, Japan, India, and many, many more places that you probably have never heard of or that I cannot remember. I love to surf, play football, baseball, and soccer, and I love to go to the movies with my friends. When I was fourteen, I got my GED (General Education Degree) by taking my high school equivilancy test. That means that I don't have to go to school. That helps me focus on my job which is being an off- site manager for the India, Paris, and Venice recording studios.
